Tattoo shop violating court orders!!!!!!

The old Texas Body Art that Johnny originally opened is no longer affiliated in any way to Texas Body Art.In fact all the old artists have moved on since Johnny let go of that location. It is no longer to associate or claim to be Texas Body Art and if they do we would appreciate an email letting us know so that we can add it to the lawsuit. The owner of the shop now is advertising as the Original Texas Body Art and fooling alot of you looking for THIS location. If you were tricked into going there by these adds on the internet please contact the owner and founder of Texas Body Art Johnny Jackson simply drop a line at johnnyjackson@texasbodyart.com

This tattoo shop is under investigation for fraudulence advertising and using our Texas Body Art name to gain business..
There are multiple yellow page ads taken out AFTER THE CONTRACT DATE for the owner to not use the name Texas Body Art and as documented in court papers that it was to not be named "ANYTHING CLOSE TO TEXAS BODY ART".Which it was named Houston Body Art and dubbed the original Texas Body Art which violates court orders and slaps the judge in the face.
The owner and founder of Texas Body Art has battled with Yellow pages and is now in a lawsuit with them for ads in the book which were violating our rights to proper representation of our establishment. On google the owner of HBA blatantly placed ads on adwords with our website listed under thier ad and the link said view our studio at www.texasbodyart.com and it was hyperlinked to thier shop.
There are many promotions and events with international coverage and success that The Legendary Texas Body Art has achieved and for the other studio to try and reap some benefits of our success by misleading customers to thier studio.
